I'm thinking we may do this for one of our walls in our garage converted to living space. We have only walled up where the garage door and the service door had been so we still have a lot of work to do.
Just be aware that pallet timber particularly any pine is treated for insects such as borers to avoid transporting the bugs around to fresh territory and tree stocks - as such heavy chemicals can be infused in pallet timber, pyrethrum/arsenic used to be used not sure what's current, but differs country to country.
